Purpose & Philosophy
Kamalzadeh Law was founded on the belief that justice should be delivered with integrity, compassion, and strong advocacy. Drawing on years of experience in federal defense, personal injury, and civil litigation, Attorney Ali Kamalzadeh envisioned a boutique firm centered on personalized service and community involvement. Our purpose is simple: provide honest, empathetic, and effective representation so every client feels heard, supported, and empowered.
Founding Story
Attorney Ali Kamalzadeh, a native Floridian, began his career with eight years at the Office of the Federal Defender, where he handled federal appellate and trial matters and secured rare successes such as sentence reversals and post-conviction relief. This work showed him the impact of believing in people and fighting for those who feel powerless.
Transitioning into personal injury and civil litigation, he saw that many firms treated clients like case files rather than individuals. He set out to build a boutique practice grounded in integrity, compassion, and tenacious advocacy, where each client is seen, heard, and supported. Kamalzadeh Law was created with that vision: a firm where legal excellence meets human care.
Supported by a tight-knit team with strengths in litigation, marketing/visual strategy, technology, intake systems, and insurance-liability expertise, the firm is committed to restoring dignity and trust one case at a time.
Professional Experience & Leadership
Attorney Ali Kamalzadeh is a Florida-licensed attorney experienced in personal injury, criminal defense, and complex civil and federal litigation. His background includes extensive client advocacy, case evaluation, and trial preparation across over 220 active cases.
He is also deeply involved in the Central Florida community through the Federal Bar Association, Orange County Teen Court Advisory Board, Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, Intensive Reentry Program (Orlando Division), ACLU, Trial School, and UCF’s Department of Legal Studies as a college mentor.
Before practicing law, he worked in loss prevention at Home Depot, developing skills in customer service, conflict resolution, and team supervision, and later spent four years in the mortgage industry, strengthening his compliance and workflow management abilities. Today, he manages a team of four and leads operations with an emphasis on accountability, communication, and client-centered service.
Audyn Kamalzadeh
Legal Assistant
Audyn brings a strong work ethic, determination, and passion for the legal field to Kamalzadeh Law. A high-achieving student, Audyn is currently preparing for law school, with plans to begin in Fall 2027. He has gained valuable legal experience through his work with a local legal aid organization and a personal injury law firm, where he developed a strong foundation in client service and legal operations. His commitment to learning and serving others reflects the dedication and client-focused approach that define Kamalzadeh Law.
Outside of the office, Audyn enjoys spending time with family, staying active through fitness and weight training, and taking on hands-on projects. Whether building custom computers, creating intricate LEGO creations, or exploring new challenges, he enjoys combining creativity with problem-solving. His drive, curiosity, and enthusiasm make him a valued member of the Kamalzadeh Law team.
Erin Kamalzadeh
Director of Community Engagement
Erin brings passion for people, service, and meaningful community connections. With a background in the legal field and over 20 years of experience owning and operating a successful business serving professionals and organizations throughout Florida, Erin has built her career around fostering relationships, supporting others, and strengthening community ties. She is also a longtime advocate for animal welfare and community service, dedicating her time to causes that promote compassion, education, and positive change.
Outside of the office, Erin enjoys spending time with her family and staying actively involved in the community. She loves gardening, raising chickens, photography, inline skating, and other creative pursuits. Whether camping in the mountains, relaxing at the beach, or exploring the outdoors, Erin values the connections that come from family, community, and nature. Her warmth, creativity, and commitment to service reflect the family-centered values that define Kamalzadeh Law.
